The Foundations of Tribal HR

According to Risk Management Magazine, the average settlement for negligent hiring tops $1.6 million. Yet, 58% of all job applications contain inaccurate information making the task of finding the right employee extremely difficult. Once you find the right employee, if you’re like 57% of your peers, you’re concerned about retention. Employee turnover costs can be upwards of 150% of an employee’s annual salary, not to mention the time it takes to bring another employee up to speed, and the impact turnover has on the culture of your organization.
